Take 3 slow, deep breaths.
Whisper to yourself:
“I am safe. I am honest. I am allowed to feel.”
Write freely and without judgment as you answer the following questions. You don’t have to write “perfectly”—just truthfully.
Write the sentence below and fill in the blank:
“Today, I choose to let go of _______________, and I give myself permission to grow.”
Then write this down three times:
“I am exactly where I need to be to become who I’m meant to be.”
Stretch. Light a candle. Drink some water. Go for a short walk.
